When designing a form, you can view the way it displays in the Casebook.
Note:
The output directory for the casebook must be specified in AnjuEDC global
configuration settings (Setup > Settings).
To view a casebook:
1. Access the Forms page (see View Forms for guidance.)
2. Under the Action column, click the Casebook link of the applicable form.
The blank Casebook dialog displays.
3. Select the path where the form exists from the Execute From drop-down list. (The last item in the path is the form itself).
4. Select one or more of the following options:
· Include Annotations: displays additional details about each iCRF item (field), including caption name, SAS name, SAS type, field length, and field type.
· Include Codelists: includes codelists associated with a field/question.
· Apply the paper size to landscape oriented pages only
· Transpose (combine) all data and labels into 1 column
· Paper Size (Letter, Legal, or Custom): Width and Height fields below are automatically populated if you select Letter or Legal. If you select Custom, enter the Width and Height in inches.
5. Click the View button.
The Casebook PDF displays below the dialog.
6. Click
the
Maximize icon at the top right
of the window to view all options
provided in the PDF toolbar:
7. Click the
Close button at
the top right of the window to close the dialog and casebook PDF.
