You can view details about each form object, including the form caption, OID (Object Identifier), description, form category, and SAS name.
To view forms:
1. Click the
Main Menu icon (top left).
2. Select Protocol > Forms from the drop-down list.
The Forms page displays the form caption, OID (Object Identifier), description, form category, SAS name and the blank casebook link of each form. The links under the # Parents column display the number of visits that are associated with the form. This indicates the number of places in the study build the form is being used.
3. To view levels within the object hierarchy, do the following:
· To view the object in the lower hierarchal level, click the form caption. For example, clicking the AE - OMCM in the Forms page above displays the Groups page, which lists the groups on that form.
· To view the number of objects in the higher level of the hierarchy, click the # Parents link. For example:
Clicking "1" of the AE - OMCM form on the Forms page above displays the Visits page, which shows the visit that contains the form. (Note that if the number of parents is > 1, all visits that contain the form are shown.)
