The lab test result item is the field on the Lab Normal Range form where lab results are entered.
To add a lab test result item:
1. Add a new item via Protocol > Items. (See Add a New Item for guidance.)
2. Complete the New Item dialog as follows:
· Control Type: Label
· Caption: Lab Test Results
· Question Text: Test Results
· Question Type: Lab Test Result
· SAS Name: TResult
3. Click the Save button in the dialog. The new lab test result item displays in the Items page.
