Organization Admins can manage organizations and everything that belongs to those organizations, but only for organizations to which they are assigned. This includes the ability to:
· Manage all non-admin and Organization Admin users that are assigned to the organization they are managing. Organization Admins cannot manage Global Admins. Organization Admins cannot give or revoke access to organizations they are not assigned to.
· Create any non-admin user and other Organization Admins, but they can assign those users only to organizations they are managing.
· May change the user’s primary organization via the Edit User dialog, only if they are managing both the previous primary organization and the new primary organization. (See Edit a User.)
· View all Main Menu options except the Setup menu and the Integration menu option under Services.
· Give access permissions to any non-admin user to any trial that belongs to organizations they are managing. Trial access permissions include: Builder, Conduct, Active Conduct, Read Only, and MSC (Mid-Study Change).
Note: Trial
access permissions are not needed for admin users. Global Admins can access
any trial, while Organization Admins can access all trials that belong
to organizations they are managing.
