You can create an item using the currently-selected item as the template. The newly created item will have the same properties as the template.
To apply a template to an item:
1. Access the Items page. (See View Items for guidance.)
2. Select the check box of the applicable item.
3. Click the Template button at the bottom of the page.
4. Do the following in the dialog that displays on the right-hand side of the page:
· Refer to the description at the bottom of the dialog when completing each field. Required fields are displayed in red. For the OID (Object Identifier), you may accept the default value or enter a new OID if desired.
· Click the Save button. The new object displays in the applicable page.
