You can view details about each visit objects, including the visit caption, OID (Object Identifier), description, visit type, and whether the visit is scheduled..
To view visits:
1. Click the
Main Menu icon (top left).
2. Select Protocol > Visits from the drop-down list.
The Visits page displays the visit caption, OID (Object Identifier), description, visit type, and whether each visit is scheduled (indicated by a check mark). The links under the # Parents column displays the patients that are associated with the visit. This indicates the number of places in the study build the visit is being used.
3. To view levels within the object hierarchy, do the following:
· To view the object in the lower hierarchal level, click the visit caption. For example, clicking the Adverse Events caption in the Visits page above displays the Forms page.
· To view the number of objects in the higher level of the hierarchy, click the # Parents link. For example:
Clicking "2" in the Visits page above displays the Patients page, which contains two patients associated with the visit.
Clicking the "1" in # Parent field of Patient Type B in the Patients page above displays the Sites page, which contains 1 site associated with the patient.
