Properties icon.You can edit export domain properties, such as the domain alias or item.
To edit the domain properties:
1. Access the Export Template Domains page. (See View Properties of Export Templates for guidance.)
2. Click the
Properties icon.
3. Make the applicable changes in the Edit Domain dialog:
· Enter the Domain Alias.
· Select the domain Items from the drop-down list:
o Automatic – all items in the form (or group) are automatically mapped in the export template.
o Auto Modified – the domain was modified, but automatic updates occur if any items or groups change. For example, if an All Groups domain has an item value of Auto Modified, and a new item is added to the group, a new variable mapped to that item is added to the domain.
o Custom – to specify which items will be exported within a form (or group) and to modify expressions to filter out certain parts of forms or groups, and to prevent the system from making changes to the domain as it would in Auto Modified.
· Select/de-select the check box to exclude/include blank records
· Select/de-select the check box to include/exclude the domain in the export.
· Click the Save button
