It can be configured to allow TrialMaster users to manually select the level of monitoring on a patient level, or allow a stratified or randomized level of monitoring for all patients on a per site level.
Note:
Since a Monitoring Level CodeList cannot be added to a system patient
information form, it is necessary to use a custom patient information
form to set up Dynamic Monitoring in a trial. Form properties such as
Hidden or Read
Only may be modified if necessary,
by writing edit checks at the item, group, or form level.
To manage monitoring levels:
1. Access the CodeLists page (see View CodeLists for guidance.)
2. Click the
CodeList
Item icon of the Monitoring Level.
By default, the Monitoring Level page includes two CodeList items: “All forms” and “None”. These CodeList items behave the same as any other non-system CodeList item. The CodeList items are imported from the XML and replace the existing CodeList items when the option Clear the version content first is checked, otherwise the CodeList items from the XML are merged with existing CodeList items. (Refer to "Import a Version" in the AnjuEDC 5.1 online help/manual to view the Clear the version content first option.)
3. Do one of the following:
· To edit a monitoring level, click the Edit icon of
the applicable monitoring level.
· To add a monitoring level, click Add CodeList button.
4. Enter the applicable information in the Add/Edit CodeList dialog and click Save.
