Sort Order
Ascending (order is from lowest to highest items)
Descending (order is from highest to lowest items)
You can sort a column in ascending or descending order. The default order is ascending order.
The following icons indicate the sort order:

To sort a column:
1. Click on the
applicable column header. The up arrow displays, and
the items are shown in ascending order.
2. To sort items
in descending order, click the column header again. The down arrow displays, and
the items are shown in descending order, as shown in the example
below, which is sorted by site caption.
Note:
After clicking the down arrow, the column returns to
the default order (ascending) and no longer displays the arrow.
