Global Admins can view details about users in all organizations. However, Organization Admins can only view details about users that are assigned to their organizations. Details include each user’s full name and primary organization, and whether the user is active.
Important:
Organization
Admins can view and manage users assigned to the organization they are
managing.
To view users:
1. Click the
Main Menu icon (top left).
2. Select Users from the drop-down menu.
The Users page displays details about each user, including the name, primary organization, and user properties and states (e.g. Active, Allow Login, Locked if check marked), and the external user (if applicable).
Note: The
primary organization of a user is only visible to Organization Admins
if they have access to that organization.
Otherwise,
the word "EXTERNAL" displays under the Primary Organization
column.
